Globalization in Satisfaction

Regardless of where you purchased our product, if you bought it in Germany and are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it in Turkey. Alternatively, if you bought our product from a pharmacy, you can contact us to initiate a return/exchange process immediately.

You Don't Have to Explain for Returns and Exchanges

Listening to your complaints and suggestions is very important to us. We guide our formulations, packaging, and service quality based on your feedback. When you want to return or exchange an item, we don't try to find excuses to avoid it. Simply making a request is enough to start the process.

We Take Full Responsibility

We naturally assume full responsibility for our products and services for customers who have trusted and purchased Mamaaura products.

We cover all shipping costs incurred when you wish to return or exchange a product that has not achieved 100% customer satisfaction.

We are dispatching a courier for returns and exchanges.

The vast majority of Mamaaura's customers are working women, pregnant women, and new mothers. We don't want our customers to go to the cargo branch to return their packages, so for returns or exchanges, we send a courier according to the customer's stated availability schedule and ensure the return is collected.

İade ödemelerinde bankaların iade prosedürlerini uzun buluyoruz ( 1-14 iş günü ) bu yüzden iade ödemelerinde sizi bekletmemek adına banka hesabınıza, iade talep tarihinizden itibaren 1 iş gününde, iade ödemesini EFT/Havale yolu ile iletmiş oluyoruz.
